Until now maternal mortality due to preeclampsia in Surabaya is still high, it is necessary to study about predictors which able to predict preeklampsi early. The purpose of this study to descripe is the body mass index (BMI), mean arterial pressure (MAP), and roll over test (ROT ) that as early predictor of preecelampsi. The design of this research is a descriptive study with a longitudinal approach, sample of this study are pergant women who visited Puskesmas Pacar Keling of Surabaya, data collected by anamnese and observe about BMI, MAP, dan ROT, data were analyzed descriptively, that combination of BMI, MAP, and the ROT to be effective if above of 90% of mothers who tested positive get preeclampsi later. In this study showed that the combination of BMI, MAP, and ROT has a tendency to be effective in predicting the incidence of preeklampsi early in Puskesmas Pacar Keling of Surabaya. Measurement of BMI, MAP, and ROT is simple and low cost predictor of preeclampsi to help health workers for treatment pregnant women with high risk problem early.
