Abstrak— Low back painis is pain around the lower back, located on the corner of the ribs to the sacrum. The workers who suffer from low back pain can lead to lower occupational productivity. The factors which can affect low back pain are individual, occupational and environmental factor. This study aims to determine the factors that influencing low back pain. This study is analytic-observational study using cross sectional study approach by observing the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The independent variables in this study were age, body mass index, working duration and occupational behavior. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this study was low back pain. This research obtained the data from respondents by using observational method, questionnaire and interview. The population in this study was 72 workers at production plant and the sample was 61 workers. The obtained data was analytically processed by using chi square test. The results of these studies indicate that the total of 13 workers at production plant with the percentage of 21,3% suffered from low back pain. It can be understood from the results of the analysis that there was an influence of age to low back pain (0,000 ≤ 0,05), there was no influence of body mass index on low back pain (0,562 > 0,05), there was no influence of working duration on low back pain (0,003 > 0,05) and there was an influence of occupational behavior on low back pain (0,013 ≤0,05).
